Frequently Asked Questions

How soon after purchase can I schedule my custom training?
  • For Onboarding Properties: You will be sent links to see scheduling availability 3 weeks from your anticipated go-live date.
  • For Existing Properties: you will be sent links to see scheduling availability 1 week from purchase. Training must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance and may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. 
Do you have any other training options if Custom Training might be the wrong fit for my property?

Yes! In addition to our Cloudbeds University included with your Cloudbeds subscription, we also offer our Webinar Service and Account Optimization which may better suit your needs.

I only want to book one training session, but I need topics covered from both your User and Management Training. Is it possible?

We can work with you to customize your optimal training. When you reach out to ask about Custom Training, mention you are interested in a blended session, and we will let you know what may be possible. Blended sessions last up to 3 hours, and include a customized slide deck and recording of your session for your future training usage.

Is it possible to book both sessions at once?

Yes. Depending on both trainer and your staff availability, the second session may be conducted immediately after your first session, or sessions can be scheduled at different dates and times.

Can sessions be divided into smaller periods of time?

No. Sessions must be held in their entirety and last up to 3 hours.

How many people can attend the session?

You may invite as many people to join the training session as you like. 

I have multiple Cloudbeds accounts. Can I book one session for all of them?

The skills we teach in custom training sessions are transferable to all Cloudbeds accounts. However, due to the custom nature of this training, it will only be customized to reflect one of your properties.

Can I have a trainer come to my property and conduct training live?

At this time, we can only conduct these training sessions virtually over video conference.

Can I cancel or reschedule my training?
  • 14 days or more prior to your scheduled session - Reschedule with no penalty.
  • Within 7 days - The session will be required to take place within 14 days of the original date. 
  • Training fee becomes non-refundable 10 days from purchase date.
  • Failure to comply will result in forfeiting the training.
