How to create a Priceline/Agoda Listing from within Cloudbeds PMS

1. Under Channel Distribution section, click on Channels
2. Search for Priceline/Agoda and click on Create New Listing

In order to create your Priceline/Agoda Listing from within Cloudbeds PMS, please follow the steps below

1. Select your property type

2. General property Details
   • The system will auto-fill some of your Property Details, but feel free to edit or add further details, if needed.
   • Depending on your property type, the fields can vary. For example, Vacation Rentals/ Apartments will have some extra fields to fill in such as: Total Number of Guest Rooms, Rental License Number, Directions to property, House Rules, or Local Area Info.

3. Contact information
   • Enter a readily available contact person
   • This information will not be shared with your guests

4. General Policies
   • Enter your policies in regards to check-in and check-out times, age requirements, children and payment options
   • Check-in/Check-out policies are pre-filled based on your Cloudbeds PMS details, but you can also change it

5. Property Amenities

There is a long list of amenities offered, so you might want to use the following tools to filter:

• Search -  helps you to find needed information
• Category - amenities categories
• Selection Status - helps you to see all selected or unselected amenities
• Show Popular Only - it comes from the channel, so you will see only the most popular amenities which are used on Priceline/Agoda side

6. Additional Property Details

Fill in the information which you want to be displayed on Priceline/Agoda channel:

7. Accommodation Details
   • Your accommodation details comes from the Accommodation Types section
   • Click on each accommodation in order to edit the information you want to be shown on Priceline/Agoda or click on pencil icon next to the room name
   • Map to the corresponding channel accommodation

8. Accommodation Amenities
   • Assign the amenities to each room room type
   • The difference between this page and the previous amenities page (step 5 above), is that here you need to apply certain amenity to each room(s)

9. Image Management
   • Upload at least 3 property images and 1 photo per accommodation type
   • Drag and drop the images on this page or click on Select image to upload from your device

Click on the 'X' icon in the right bottom corner of each picture if you need to delete an existing image

10. Taxes and fees - will be seen by guests during the booking process
    • If you do not see your desired tax or fee on this step, you can finish the process and then you need to contact Priceline/Agoda support team directly after listing creation.

11. Cancellation Policies - Optional
    • You will assign the cancellation policies in a later step
    • Click on ADD to set up your cancellation policies
    • This is an optional step - Click on continue to skip this step

Once you click on Add:

• Select one of the default cancellation policies OR
• Click on Customized cancellation policy in order to add your own policy

12. Create Priceline/Agoda's Rate Plan:
    1. Click on ADD
    2. Name your rate plan - you guests will not see this name
    3. Choose to which room you want to apply this rate plan
    4. Choose the cancellation policy for this rate plan
    5. Select if you want to include meals in this rate plan
    6. Chose meals options
    7. Click on CREATE PROPERTY once you finish

13. Review Content & Create Property

1. Review the information provided by clicking VIEW/EDIT in front of each section
2. Click on CREATE PROPERTY once all is reviewed and ready
3. Click on CONFIRM to create your property on Priceline/Agoda

On the last page you will see Priceline/Agoda's Terms and Conditions:

1. Select the check box to agree
2. Click AGREE
3. Read the information and click OK
