How to use the Property Default Country for Guests Details

If you want that all the reservations created manually have pre-filled the country field with the property's country please follow the steps below

Log into myfrontdesk by Cloudbeds

  1. Click on the "Settings" gear icon and navigate to "General System Settings"
  2. Under the "Automation Preferences" section there is an option to Turn ON or OFF the option ''Use of Default Country for the Guest
    • If you leave it ON - all the reservations created manually will have pre-filled the country field with the property's country.
    • If it OFF - you will have to manually add the country of the customers when creating a new reservation
