Wink's mission is to offer a fairer and value-added alternative to larger online travel agencies. Operating out of Singapore and supported from Thailand, Wink is completely independent from any other OTA. They currently focusing on Thailand, Sri Lanka, and ASEAN countries. This article will show how to setup Wink to connect with Cloudbeds PMS.
How to Connect Wink (former Traveliko) to Cloudbeds PMS
If you do not have an account at Wink:
Follow the instructions on Wink partner page to register a new account: Here's the sign-up link
If you have an account at Wink:
Continue with Step 2 below.
Note that all room types must be already created both in Cloudbeds PMS and in the channel's extranet before starting this connection.
In Cloudbeds PMS:
- Click on Account
- Settings
- Go to the Channels page
- Search for Wink and click on the Not Setup button
- Login with your Wink Hotel ID and click NEXT
- Map the room types created in Cloudbeds with their corresponding rooms in Wink. A drop-down menu will display all the existing rooms in the channel's extranet. Click Next Step once done.
Do not map multiple rooms to one single room in Cloudbeds PMS or channel. The room mapping must be one-to-one.

- Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type, if needed. Click Continue when completed or if you want to skip this step.
- The mapping is complete.
