This article will walk you through the entire process of mapping your myallocator rooms to your Pitchup rooms (and vice versa). Once you have completed all of the steps below, the system will update Pitchup with your availability, and channel manager will download your Pitchup bookings into your Bookings page in your system.
Step 1: Login to the Manager Portal of Pitchup
Step 2: Click on Allocation
Step 3: Click On the listing you would like to map
Step 4: Login to your myfrontdesk account:
Step 5: Setup Pitchup in myfrontdesk:
Step 6: Begin mapping by copying the calendar URL from the room mapping section:
Step 7: Paste the URL into your Pitchup Calendar feed field and give it a name. Hit update:
Step 8: Copy your Pitchup Outgoing Calendar feed URL:
Step 9: Paste the Pitchup URL into the Exported calendar url in the room mapping:
Step 11: Repeat steps 6 through 10 for ALL of your Pitchup rooms
Step 13: Done with Setup!
