Zapier - Triggers

When creating Zaps with Cloudbeds you'll have 6 triggers available to chose from. Here you can learn some specifics about each trigger.

  • Zapier fetches data from your Cloudbeds account in intervals of 5 or 15 minutes, depending which paid plan you've selected for your Zapier account. It's recommended for accounts with high account activity to upgrade Zapier account to have 5 min intervals for fetching data.
  • Zapier pulls certain amount of new data entries for each trigger (10-300) in the interval of 5 or 15 minutes.
  • Zapier can't push any data to Cloudbeds.
  • Not all data is provided to be exported via Zapier. See below what's provided by each trigger.
New Reservation

New Reservation trigger pulls up to 10 new reservations in a 5-15 min interval. Trigger runs if new reservations are added to the Cloudbeds myfrontdesk PMS.

New Transaction

New Transaction trigger pulls up to 300 new transactions in a 5-15 min interval. Trigger runs if a new transaction (credit or debit) is posted in myfrontdesk folio.

Triggers when a new guest record is created. Trigger will pull up to 100 new guest records in 5-15 min interval.
