This article explains how to pull the exact number of guests (including adults and children) for each booking during a range of dates on Cloudbeds PMS.
Export the Exact Number of Guests per Booking
- Click on the main Menu
- Go to Reservations
- Apply the filter for Stay Date from the first to the last day of the month you are looking for
- Click on Submit to confirm your dates
- Click on Apply
- The reservation list will be displayed. Click on the Export Reservations icon
- Select the fields to export and click on Export Reservations
- The generated xlsx file will have a column for Adults and another one for Children
- Create a new column (called Occupants, for example) and apply a sum formula to get the total number of guests
Make sure that your cells format is Number, so the sum formula is correctly applied.
