Cybersource Connection Guide


Before you can send requests for ICS (Internet Commerce Suite) services, you must create a security key for your CyberSource merchant ID. 

This payment gateway is available only for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) region.

Step 1 - Obtain Transaction Key on Cybersource

Access your Cybersource account and proceed:

  1. In the navigation pane of the Business Center, click Account Management > Transaction Security Keys

2. Click on the Security Keys for the SOAP Toolkit API

3. Click Generate Key

4. Your new key appears immediately below the table. Because the key content will disappear as soon as you leave the Web page, save your key now. If you forget to do so, you will need to delete the old key before creating a new one.

5. Click Download

Save the key in a secure location. You will not be able to see the key again after you leave the page.

Step 2 - Connect Cybersource in myfrontdesk

In order to connect Cybersource to myfrontdesk you need to have payment processing functionality enabled (extra paid feature). Please contact us at to receive more information and request enabling payment processing functionality.

Remember that this payment gateway is available only for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) region.

  1. Login to myfrontdesk and go to Payment Options page
  2. Scroll down to 'Connect Payment Gateway' section and activate the option
  3. Select Cybersource as your gateway
  4. Enter your Cybersource Merchant ID and Transaction Security Key
  5. Click 'Connect Gateway'
