The Availability Matrix is a tool for viewing and editing rates, availability and settings. Organizations are able to update multiple room types and rates from different properties in a single page in the Availability Matrix.
The Multiproperty Availability Matrix is only visible to Organization Owners and Organization Admins from Organizations with the Multiproperty feature enabled. Reach out to out Support Team for further assistance to enable this feature.
Overview
With the Multiproperty Availability Matrix, organization owners and admins can check availability and pricing across the board for all of the properties for which you have permission to access, as well as the option to update rates, set price differentials, and add long-term intervals.

Access the Multiproperty Availability Matrix
- Go to your Main Menu and click on Rates and Availability
- Click on the Availability Matrix
- Use filters to select the properties and accommodations you want to display and configure in the Availability Matrix
