Cloudbeds single sign-on (SSO)

With Cloudbeds SSO you will be automatically signed in to other Cloudbeds platforms with the same credentials you use to access Cloudbeds PMS. You do not need to maintain separate logins and passwords.

Overview

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows a user to log in with a single set of credentials (username and password) to multiple applications and websites. We have implemented SSO to our Cloudbeds University and Cloudbeds Websites. See more information below.

Security Update: Re-authentication When Switching to Guest Experience

As of February 11, 2026, users who log in with a standard password and MFA is prompted to sign in again when switching from Cloudbeds PMS to Guest Experience. This extra step helps protect against unauthorized access.

Users who log in via Google or Apple are not affected - the transition remains seamless for them.

There are no changes to features or workflows beyond this additional sign-in step.

For more information about login, check How to Log In to Cloudbeds PMS.

Reach out to our support if you experience any issues logging in and we will be happy to assist.
