Understanding the Filters and Reservation Table

When opening up the report, you can filter the list of arrivals by the following items:

  1. Search for reservation #, room #, or name: View a specific reservation by entering the reservation number, room number, or guest name. Leave the field blank to see a complete list of all your guests.
  2. Check-in date: By default, it will show today's date every time you access the report
  3. Balance Due
  • Balance Due: If the reservation has a remaining balance
  • No Balance: If the reservation has no remaining balance

After applying the filters, the table will show a list of reservations with the following fields:

  1. Reservation Number: Confirmation code
  2. Name and Surname: Name of the primary guest (booker)
  3. Arrival Time and Departure Date
  4. Room Nights: Number of nights of stay
  5. Number of Adults/Children
  6. Room(s): Room(s) assigned to the reservation, displaying room abbreviations and unit numbers as they appear on the calendar
  7. Grand Total
  8. Amount Paid
  9. Remaining Balance Due

The Reservation Number, Name, or Surname fields contain hyperlinked information that takes you to the Reservation Details page.
